Biology Bulletin Reviews  consists of translations of review articles and articles on theoretical biology from two leading Russian biology journals: Zhurnal Obshchei Biologii  (issues 1, 3, and 5) and Uspekhi Sovremennoi Biologii  (issues 2, 4, 6). The source of each article is described at the article level on the title pages. The final decision about the publication in Biology Bulletin Reviews  is made by the editorial boards of the Russian-language journals. The editorial and peer review policies and ethical principles are the same for all articles. The journal welcomes manuscripts from all countries.
