Free-Living Nematodes from a Small River in Central Russia

Abstract—The species composition and quantitative development of free-living nematodes were studied on
stations in the lower reaches of the Sutka River (a tributary of the Rybinsk Reservoir). Fifty-four species from
11 orders were recorded. The dominant species were Dorylaimus stagnalis, Tobrilus gracilis, and Eumonhys-
tera filiformis. The description and illustrations of the newly discovered Tridentulus pseudolemani are pre-
sented.
