Abstract—A nanocomposite material based on humic acid and functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes was obtained using ultrasonic treatment. The composition and properties of the nanocomposite were characterized. The applicability of the nanocomposite material as a sorbent for wastewater treatment was demonstrated.
