Abstract—A combined technology for the processing of low-grade raw coal, which includes the separation and
electrochemical oxidation of brown coal humic acids with the simultaneous production of valuable organic sub-
stances and hydrogen, the secondary enrichment of coal sludge, and the gasification of a mixture of residual
brown coal and coal–clay sludge with the production of high-calorific gas fuel, is considered.
