Abstract—The studies of the composition of aromatic hydrocarbons in the lipids of peats of different degrees
of conversion are reported. The chemical transformations of mono-, bi-, tri-, and tetracyclic aromatic com-
pounds under the mechanochemical action on peat are considered.
