Effect of the Properties of Solvents
on the Yields of Extracts from Coals

Abstract—It was found that data on the amounts of extracts obtained in a Soxhlet apparatus from Indian and
Japanese coals depend on their chemical composition, and they can be related to the physicochemical properties
of extractants by means of multiparameter equations.
