Modifier Based on Dicyandiamide and Dimethyl Phosphite for Fire and Heat Resistant Elastomer Materials

Abstract— An organoelement compound based on dicyandiamide and dimethyl phosphite was synthesized. The possibility of using the derived compound as a modifier that increases the fire and heat protection parameters of elastomeric materials was studied, the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates based on SKEPT-40 and their resistance to high-temperature effects were determined. The introduction of the synthesized substance was found to influence on the complex of vulcanization, physicomechanical, thermophysical and fire and heat protective properties of rubbers based on ethylene propylene diene rubber.
