AbstractUniaxial-tensile tests are performed on samples of a commercial aluminumlithium alloy subjected
to equal-channel angular extrusion. It is found that the material under study has a highly finegrain structure
and exhibits superplasticity under tension. The microstructure of the samples is studied during their plastic
deformation. © 2004 MAIK Nauka/Interperiodica.
