Abstract—Plasma torches for the analyzer of the atomic composition of liquid, solid, and gaseous substances
are described. The RF filamentary discharge produced in the torches by two continuous RF generators with a
frequency of 13.56 MHz and a power of up to 350 W is used as the atomizer. The results of measurements of
the concentrations of harmful atomic impurities in water at the level of the maximum permissible concentra-
tions (MPCs) given in sanitary standards are presented. The potential to construct a versatile analyzer of the
composition of substances that integrates the torches for liquids, gases, and solids in a single platform is dem-
onstrated.
