Abstract—Possibility of decomposition of fcc solid solution to occur in N35T3-, N34Yu5-, N34S3-, and
N35Ts3-grade alloys under irradiation with 5.5-MeV electrons at 393–473 K was studied using Mössbauer
spectroscopy. Intense precipitation of Ni3Ti and Ni3Al intermetallic compounds was observed, whereas virtu-
ally no intermetallic aging was found in Zr- and Si-doped alloys. Studies of decomposition kinetics in the Fe–
Ni–Ti alloy revealed anomalous slowing down of the decomposition process with increasing electron fluence.
