Abstract—In terms of the model suggested in part I of this work [1], we analyze the formation of spiral
domains and structures of the “leading center” type in an easy-plane magnet in an alternating low-frequency
magnetic field circularly polarized in the easy plane. The formation of structures is associated with the averaged
motion of domain walls in an oscillating field. The core of a spiral domain is a topological defect of a “vortex”
type—a horizontal Bloch line. The formation of leading centers occurs as a result of instability of dipole struc-
tures.
