Abstract—Using the method of Mӧssbauer spectroscopy, the electron exchange between the neutral and ionized iron dopant sites in glass films of arsenic selenide modified by iron, which gives rise to changes in both the electronic density and the tensor of the electric field gradient on the nuclei of the iron atoms, is investigated.
