of the Electric Conductance for Solutions with a Low Permittivity
Taking into Account the Formation of Ion Pairs and Triple Ions

Abstract—A new approach to processing conductometric data for 1-1 electrolytes in low-permittivity media
with an allowance made for the formation of ion pairs and triple ions was developed. The concentration depen-
dence of the equivalent conductance was described within the framework of the extended Lee–Wheaton equa-
tion. The proposed method makes it possible to simultaneously evaluate the association constants for ion pairs
and triple ions and the limiting molar conductivities of ions and ion triplets.
