Abstract—The dependences of the conductivity of thin sublimated phthalocyanine (4-Br4PcCu) films on the
temperature and ammonia pressure are studied. The corresponding 3D plot has maxima and minima and makes
it possible to evaluate the enthalpy of ammonia adsorption, 21 kJ/mol. An explanation of the dependences
obtained is given.
