Phase and Isotopic Equilibria in the Anisole BF₃BF₃ System
at 0.10.8 MPa

Abstract—The BF₃ to anisole molar ratio was measured in the liquid phase for the anisol · BF₃ complex com-
pound at 281–443 K and under BF₃ pressures of 0.1–0.8 MPa. The separation coefficient for boron isotopes in
exchange between the anisole · BF₃ complex and BF₃ was measured at pressures of 0.1–0.5 MPa. The experi-
mental separation coefficients are compared with those calculated from the data on phase equilibria and litera-
ture isotopic equilibrium data.
