Abstract—The effect of the supporting electrolyte temperature and concentration on the enthalpies of the suc-
cessive dissociation of 1-aminoethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid is studied by direct calorimetry. The standard
thermodynamic characteristics of the processes studied are calculated and their interpretation is given.
