Abstract—A method for predicting the properties of heterostructures based on five-component AIIIBV solid
solutions is suggested. The obtained interpolation expressions for crystal lattice parameters, the temperature
coefficient of linear expansion, and the forbidden gap width of the solid solutions and the equations of the chem-
ical and coherent spinodals are used to estimate the possibilities of synthesizing compounds with required elec-
trophysical properties.
