Abstract—The series of ternary reciprocal systems Na+, Ba2+||I−, ${\text{SO}}_{4}^{{2 - }}$ is analyzed, and the liquidus topology for unexplored systems of this series is predicted. Conversion partitioning into simplices is done, chemical interaction is described, and the tree of phases of the three-component reciprocal system Na+, Ba2+||I−, ${\text{SO}}_{4}^{{2 - }}$ is constructed. The system is studied experimentally via differential thermal analysis. The temperatures of melting and the compositions of nonvariant equilibrium points in stable elements of the system are revealed.
