Abstract—Ceramic solid solutions Bi4(V1frame0xMex)2O11frame1y (x= 0frame20.3, Me = Zr, Ga, Fe) were obtained by solid-
state synthesis. The homogeneity regions, x < equal 0.3 for Me = Ga, Fe and x < equal 0.15 for Me = Zr, were established.
Structure parameters, microstructure, and the thermal, dielectric, and conducting properties of the samples were
studied. The concentration and temperature ranges of the existence of different polymorphs and the concentra-
tion ranges x over which the high-conductivity phase was stable at ~20frame3C were established. Using DTA, DSC,
and dielectric spectroscopy, the frame4 and frame5 phase transitions were revealed. It was found that the elec-
trical conductivity of the solid solutions decreased as x increased.
