The Existence of Separating Committees
in a Class of the Nonlinear Recognition Problem

Abstract—The conditions for the existence of a committee are proved and the committee algorithm is
described for some systems of affine fractional inequalities. A method for constructing additional features that
improve the quality of discrimination of finite inequalities is proposed and justified.
