Influence of the Object Structure and Its Form of Presentation on the Imaging Properties of Computer-Generated Holograms-Projectors

Abstract—The results of the study of the influence that the object structure and its form of presentation have on the quality, resolution, and depth of field of images reconstructed using binary computer-generated hologram-projectors are presented. As a quality criterion for reconstructed image, the degree of correspondence of the reconstructed image to the object, estimated as the range of threshold gradations during threshold processing of the reconstructed image, at which its structure fully corresponds to the structure of the original object, is selected. The research is aimed at developing the method of projection holographic photolithography and is performed via mathematical modeling of real physical processes of synthesis and reconstruction of holograms of flat binary transparencies.
