On the Marine Continuation of Tectonic Structures

Abstract—Continuation of a series of tectonic structures from the shore into the northwestern part of the Black
Sea is validated on the base of an array of geological–geophysical data, primarily geomagnetic ones. The ques-
tions of application of the results of geomagnetic surveys to oil prospecting within the studied region are con-
sidered.
