Scalar Glueball: Analysis of the (IJ^PC = 00⁺⁺) Wave
within the Technique of the Propagator Matrix

Abstract—The technique of the propagator matrix is developed for analyzing the IJ^PC = 00⁺⁺ wave. On the basis
of the K-matrix analysis of experimental data that was performed previously, the mass region 1200–1600 MeV,
which contains the overlapping scalar resonances f₀(1300), f₀(1500), and f₀(1530 ), is studied within this
technique. It is shown that, owing to mixing, the state that can be considered as a candidate for the lowest scalar
glueball is dispersed over the above three resonances.
