Abstract—The kinetics of benzene alkylation with propylene over H zeolite catalyst was investigated in an
autoclave with a stirrer, as internal and external diffusion resistance were eliminated. A Langmuir-Hinshelwood
type kinetic model was proposed on the basis of the experiments. The model parameters were evaluated, and
the model was justified by variance analysis and residual analysis.
