Abstract—The problem of automatic processing of experimental data obtained in plasma studies with modern
data-acquisition systems is solved. Relatively simple and reliable programs executing the processing proce-
dures were developed. The system is used in quantitative plasma spectroscopy, the classical and most generally
employed method for analyzing the parameters and properties of low- and high-temperature plasmas.
