Abstract—Direct calorimetric data were used to calculate the heats of formation for mixed-ligand complexes
MNtaEnframe3, where Nta3frame4 is nitrilotriacetato ion, En is ethylenediamine, and M2+ = Ni2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, or Cd2+, in
aqueous solution at 298.15 K and ionic strength I = 0.5 (NaNO3). The complete set of thermodynamic param-
eters of reaction was calculated for mixed-ligand complex formation and comproportionation.
