Abstract—Compounds A^II(BUO₅)₂ · nH₂O (A^II = Mn, Co, Ni, Zn; n = 0–5) are synthesized and characterized.
Their structures and thermolysis are studied using X-ray diffraction, precision IR spectroscopy, and thermal
analysis. Their standard enthalpies of formation are determined using reaction calorimetry.
