AbstractThe effect of temperature on functional properties of the hemoglobin of crucian carp (Carassius
carassius) has been studied. It has been revealed that hemoglobin affinity to oxygen increases with increasing
temperature (from 12.0 to 33.4
C) at buffer solution pH 6.6 and molarity of 0.05 and 0.005 M. Under impact
of temperature, the Bohr effect does not change. Its value also remains constant with increasing molarity of the
buffer system from 0.005 to 0.05 M.
