Abstract—
A series of 3-amino-4-substituted phenyl-1,4,5,7-tetrahydro-6H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-imines was synthesized. In vitro antibacterial and antifungal screening indicated that some compounds show good inhibition in comparison with standard drugs amoxycillin, chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, griseofulvin, and nystatin.
