Synthesis of Phosphoramidates Based on Aminopyridines

Abstract— Reaction of diethyl chlorophosphate with aminopyridines furnished a series of new diethyl phosphoramidates. The effect on the reactivity of substituents in the pyridine ring was studied. Structure of the obtained compound was characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P, 2D HMBC 1H–15N NMR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
