of Electrons in Electrochemical Systems

Abstract—The effect of generation of ultra-short coherent pulses of electrons in organized molecular ensem-
bles is predicted. The effect is based on the generation of laser emission with electron transfer from excited
localized states of atoms to delocalized states in a metal electrode or to autoionized states. The effect of the nar-
rowing of the electronic energy distribution under the conditions of induced emission is predicted.
