Abstract—In the work, the regularities of electrodeposition of composite materials based on PbO2 containing
the valve metal particles are considered. The content of dispersed phase in the composite depends on the elec-
trolyte composition and conditions of deposition. The incorporation of titanium particles into PbO2 consider-
ably changes the deposit morphology. It is found that the service life of electrodes containing dispersed Ti phase
increases by 4 times as compared with the conventional anodes made of pure PbO2.
