Abstract—The Maxwell model consisting of three series capacitive circuits (SCCs) was employed for con-
structing an equivalent circuit of finite diffusion impedance (BW). The parameters of a low-frequency SCC were
determined using a power series expansion of frequency dependences of BW capacitance and conductivity. All
the further SCCs are calculated on the basis of the coincidence between BW and Warburg impedance at high-
frequencies. Exact formulas are presented that allow extending an equivalent circuit by adding new SCCs,
which is necessary for extension of the frequency range, in which the model and BW yield similar results.
