Abstract—Bryoindication mapping was performed on the basis of synthetic poleotolerance indices for 147 test
plots in the city of Bryansk (the southwestern nonchernozem zone of Russia). Individual poleotolerance coef-
ficients of bryophytes were determined. Changes in the state of the atmosphere in the city ecosystem over
12years were analyzed.
