Abstract—A description of complex biological systems based on simulating the dynamics of chaotic systems is proposed. For homeostatic biosystems, we define the concept of a quasi-attractor, inside which the state vector moves chaotically. Methods for quantitative description of the chaotic dynamics of complex systems are proposed.
