AbstractPropagation of the surface electromagnetic wave along the moving boundary between the low-tem-
perature plasma and vacuum is analyzed. Changes in the field structure and transformations of the surface-wave
spectrum (substantial at near-cutoff frequencies) caused by the motion of the plasma boundary are described.
