Abstract—The principal possibility of “normal” low-frequency dielectric dispersion (NLFDD) in colloidal
suspensions, i.e., low-frequency dispersion characterized by an increase in permittivity with frequency in a cer
tain limited frequency range, was demonstrated. Conditions providing for experimental registration of normal
low-frequency dielectric dispersion are discussed.
