Abstract—This work is devoted to the theoretical study of the permittivity of heterogeneous “water-in-oil” sys-
tems, which are prone to flocculation. The dependence of the permittivity on the shape of floccules and the pat-
tern of phase separation in the emulsion was analyzed.
