Abstract—The effective hydrodynamic thickness of the hydration shell was estimated by the viscometric
method for ultradispersed diamond particles and appeared to be comparable to their radius in hydrosols. The
effects of electrolyte, temperature, and concentration of the dispersed phase on the aggregation stability of
ultradispersed diamond hydrosols were analyzed.
