Analysis of Russian Literature on Coal Batch Compaction by Stamping. 2. More Technological Factors

Abstract— The engineering characteristics and properties of stamped-charge cake are outlined, on the basis of a literature review. The reasons for spillage of the stamped coal batch on loading in the coke oven are identified. These factors indicate the need to develop a system of theoretical principles in parallel with experimental research on stamp charging for Russian coke plants.
