Abstract—Prevalence of the mutations in the genes ache (acetylcholinesterase) and ldvssc1 (voltage-sensitive sodium channel) that confer resistance to organophosphorus insecticides and a kdr-like resistance to pyrethroids has been analyzed. Five samples of imagoes from the local populations residing in the periphery (Miyaki, Kuyurgazinskii, and Yanaul raions) and central part (Ufa and Birsk raions) of the Republic of Bashkortostan have been genotyped.
